We provide 24/7/365 First Line Maintenance (FLM), Installation and Commissioning (I&C), and Spares Management and Warehousing services to the Telecommunication and ICT sectors. We have combined a team of highly trained professional field service engineers who provide nationwide support in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland with guaranteed response and fix times. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and the relationships with our customers.

Jason Kehoe

Director / Head of Operations / Engineer:  Jason has over 25 years’ experience in service delivery, mainly through roles with Network Facilities Limited as a programming analyst and Field Service engineer, with Data Electronics Group as a Senior Field Service engineer, Data Centre Operations Manager, and Director, and since 2009 with Vulcrum Profession Services.  Jason is a Data Centre Expert with longstanding experience working with key vendor technologies such as Aspect, Ceragon, Ciena, Cisco, Infinera, Juniper, Tellabs, Nokia (Alcatel Lucent), Microsoft.

Ken O’Neill

Director / Engineering Manager / Engineer: Ken has over 30 years’ experience working in the Telecommunications and IT Industry. Ken had roles with Cara Data Processing, and with Data Electronics Group (Country Field Operations Manager), before setting up Vulcrum in 2009. Ken is an Engineering Graduate of CIT and a Business Graduate of NCI. He is well known for his excellent customer service and technical understanding of key vendor technologies such as Aspect, Ceragon, Ciena, Cisco, Infinera, Juniper, Tellabs, Nokia (Alcatel Lucent), Microsoft.
